At Vendra, all orders are carefully checked and packed before dispatch.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed. Once an order has been successfully placed and delivered, we do not provide refunds.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective when received.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be damaged or defective.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

• You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage/defect.

• Your order number or proof of purchase must be provided.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine whether it qualifies for a replacement or other applicable resolution.

Products that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return.
